PET SCREENING

All pets must be screened by Petscreening.com, which is an independent third-party screening service. This is a required application process for anyone that owns a household pet. This includes dogs and cats, as well as pets that live in cages such as birds, hamsters, rabbits, and snakes. Visit homesteadpm.petscreening.com for more details. 

PET ADDENDUM

Once your pet is approved, we must complete and sign a Pet Addendum. You will also need to have your pet added to your renters insurance policy, and you will need to pay a monthly pet fee as determined during the screening process. The minimum monthly pet fee is $25.00.
